The Mont des Arts (in Dutch: Kunstberg) is an urbanistic complex comprising the Royal Library of Belgium, the General Archives of the Kingdom, the Square congress center and a garden created by the landscape architect René Pechère, located in Brussels, between the royal district and the central district below. The current configuration dates from its redevelopment between 1954 and 1965.
